Terms & Conditions

By submitting an Online Registration the Applicant signs this agreement and understands the conditions, agrees with its terms, acknowledges that all the obligations mentioned in the Terms and Conditions must be met on time, and recognises that failure to do so will invalidate the Candidate's registration.

Applicants must be between 13 and 21 years old as of 24.07.2025. Applications of dancers who are slightly younger or older may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
YSBI Organisers reserve the right to modify the teacher's list and curriculum of the summer intensive.
YSBI does not provide travel, accommodation, or meals during the Summer Ballet Intensive.
YOUNG STARS BALLET reimburses course fees in cases of illness or injuries ONLY IF the Applicant presents 2 (two) different medical certificates from 2 (two) different medical physicians. Cancellation or withdrawal before or during YOUNG STARS BALLET INTENSIVE does not entitle fee reimbursement. If the student decides not to participate in YOUNG STARS BALLET INTENSIVE he/she will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the applicant is accepted, the full fee for the Summer Ballet Intensive MUST BE PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS of the acceptance email. Unpaid registrations within the given time will be automatically terminated. Only in agreement with the YSB team may payment plans be arranged.
No injured students will be admitted to lessons. We strongly discourage students coming back from an injury to take part in the Summer Intensive, as it is a highly physically demanding program. YSBI organisers, teachers, or any YSBI faculty will NOT be held responsible for personal injuries. Applicants are solely liable for any personal injury.
During the summer intensive, the organizers reserve the right to take photos and videos for archiving, and/or advertising purposes. Applicants may be asked to take part in short video interviews or photo moments.
